Day 62 of 100 of a lovely challenge that combines my love for music and my desire that some day I will write yet again. The poem above is a collage of song titles that topped the charts throughout the year 1925.

My engaging goal is to create one “collage poem” every day for 100 consecutive days. I had a lot of fun looking up the music from 1925, then tracking down a few tunes and just sitting back and let the music wash over me, transporting me into the golden twenties… suddenly I find myself holding a glass of champagne, wearing a slick tux, a kick ass fedora hat, dancing wildly in a huge ball room where everything is laughter and endless fun. If you have a few moments to spare I warmly recommend you to have a listen to the tune below and allow yourself a quick daydream as the tune takes you away…
