I’ve been meditating on Marcus Aurelius for quite some time. Even though potency of his philosophy is powerful even on a face vale I find it hard many times to implement for I seem to not be able to get out of my head.

I find the following one especially challenging for it exposes many flaws (and there are many more that it doesn’t) that I possess: “In your actions, don’t procrastinate. In your conversations, don’t confuse. In your thoughts, don’t wander. In your soul, don’t be passive or aggressive. In your life, don’t be all about business.”

it’s scary to just read it and discover the sham that lives within me.

But hey, espresso alleviates the consequential hurt and then powers any convenient distraction that loiters nearby.

Sweet paradise! Espresso has started working just now and I found a distraction already! I will pretend that I am a writer and quickly publish this.

There! My work for today is done!

Of course there will be many more espressos encountered and consumed today!
